Efektivitas Fungi Mikoriza Arbuskula pada Tanaman Singkong (Manihot esculenta) di Tanah Inceptisol Bogor

Cassava is widely grown in Inceptisol. As agricultural land, the soil has several problems, i.e., high acidity, easily leached surface layers, unstable aggregates, and slow permeability. Arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi (AMF) form a symbiotic relationship with over 80% of higher plant species. However, effectiveness AMF on cassava not been reported. This study aimed to determine effect inoculants vegetative growth The used were Gigaspora sp., Glomus manihotis, consortium Acaulospora tuberculata rubiforme. experiment was performed Randomized Block Design 8 treatments 3 replications, M1 = G. manihotis; M2 sp.; M3 A. tuberculata-G. rubiforme; M4 manihotis-Gigaspora M5 manihotis-A. M6 rubiforme-Gigaspora M7 control (as recommended dose NPK fertilizers). In application treatment, 75% fertilizer applied, thus saving 25% from control. A total 50 spores applied each maintained for weeks. data analyzed using RStudio 4.1.1 program. results showed that all gave various could compete indigenous AMF. significantly increased Inceptisols, shoot root dry weight, length, P-uptake, percentage infection. Application manihotis sp. effectively plants' weeks save use fertilizers.
